Tianna joined Schaben Insurance in May 2025 after graduating from Northwest Missouri State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science with a minor in Agronomy.

Tianna grew up outside of Irwin, Iowa, and graduated from Harlan Community High School in 2022. Today, she and her husband, Alex Schechinger, live on her family’s farm outside of Irwin. In her free time, she enjoys checking cows, playing with her dog, Kopper, and spending time with family and friends.
